Authorized retailers and distributors can log in by clicking the Partner Portal tab in the Quick Actions widget, or by selecting the Login button on the top navigation bar. Enter your registered mobile number and secure password to gain access to payout registers, CSV upload modules, and activation ledgers.

If you forget your password, navigate to the Login Page and click on the "Forgotten password?" link. For security purposes, password resets are processed by system administrators or designated supervisors. You can also reach out to your regional RK Telecom manager.

Once you submit a request for an Airtel Xstream Fiber connection, our regional technician will contact you to verify coordinates. Typically, fiber line setups, router provisioning, and final speed testing are completed within 24 to 48 hours of initial verification.

Commission rates vary based on recharge categories (prepaid tariff packs vs postpaid conversions) and daily activation volumes. All commission payouts are automatically computed by the system daily, and details can be inspected under your Partner Ledger in the main dashboard.
